A small dermatologist group had concerns about switching from their long term carrier mostly due to misinformation about how their retroactive date would be considered. After providing written information showing that a new carrier would honor the retroactive date, we were able to save this group over 40% on their premium and place them with a highly rated carrier that also provided a cyber liability policy for no extra cost. In fact the savings was enough that this group could afford an Employment Practices policy and still recognized an overall decrease in their insurance bill.
A surgeon with an unsettled patient lawsuit was confident that his medical malpractice insurance premiums would rise to an unaffordable amount. Despite the pending claim we were able to keep his premiums at a near zero increase for multiple policy periods and continue to assist him in keeping his costs under control today.
